1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
12-16 oz. Mixed baby greens
1 medium sized mango (cut juliene)
zest of one lime
salt and pepper to taste

 

Whisk ingredients together. Mix together julienned mango and lime zest and set aside. Toss mixed greens with vinaigrette, garnish with mango and serve.
